Maya's Coat of Arms

This copper necklace was created by Maya Barton in 2019 to symbolize the personality of an artist. This necklace features real turquoise, copper from home wiring, paint brushes, and wooden stirring sticks. This piece not only symbolizes the creativity of an artist, but shows how artists must think outside the box when it comes to artistsic mediums, often at the mercy of their finances, and with interest to the environmental impacts.
 
Note the neckace is missing one of its paint brushes.
